Larger Aim is dedicated to creating and sustaining desirable places that prioritize affordability and community well-being.  From preservation and revitalization to adaptive reuse and new construction through holistic, place-based strategies anchored by affordable housing, the ultimate goal is a world where everyone can flourish.

Expertise

Larger Aim brings over 20 years of hands-on experience and advanced skills in affordable housing preservation; multifamily adaptive reuse and new construction; community development; and property management across a diverse range of incomes and needs—and provides this professional capacity to others where it's needed. 

 

Consulting services include scouting and development matchmaking for established real estate companies.  For mission-driven organizations and local leaders exploring affordable housing or place-based initiatives in their community, consulting services range from conceptual planning and project oversight to asset management, property management, and organizational operations.
